Timeline varies by project scope. A single GPU server can be delivered, configured, and operational within 2–4 weeks of order confirmation. An HPC cluster deployment typically runs 6–12 weeks from finalising the architecture. Cloud migration projects are phased over 8–16 weeks. We provide a detailed project schedule at the end of the Discovery phase so you always know what to expect.

Yes. All projects include a 90-day warranty support period as standard. Beyond that, we offer tiered managed service agreements with 24×7 NOC monitoring, SLA-backed break-fix response (4-hour, 8-hour, or next-business-day), proactive capacity planning reviews, firmware and software patch management, and dedicated account management.

Yes. Radix Square is a certified NVIDIA partner authorised to sell, deploy, and support DGX, HGX, NGC, and NVIDIA Networking products. All NVIDIA systems we supply are genuine, carry full NVIDIA warranty, and are eligible for NVIDIA Enterprise Support subscriptions. We have NVIDIA DGX-certified engineers on staff.

Absolutely. While our headquarters is in Greater Noida West, we have delivered projects across all major Indian metros including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune, as well as tier-2 cities. Our managed services and remote NOC support extend nationwide. For on-site deployments, our engineers travel to client sites regardless of location.

There is no strict minimum — we can supply a single L40S workstation or a single DGX H100 system just as readily as a 256-GPU cluster. Our commercial terms are structured to make even single-unit orders commercially viable. That said, our best value propositions are typically for multi-node deployments where we can leverage our vendor relationships for volume pricing.
